Chocolate Rocher Recipe
Ingredients
A
- 110g toasted almond slices
- 110g toasted walnuts (chopped into bite sized pieces)
- 110g cornflakes (lightly crushed)
- 110g black raisins
- 110g sultanas
B
- 550g cooking chocolate
- 250g dark chocolate
C
- 50g white cooking chocolate
D
- small paper cups (approximately 100pc)
Method
- Double boil B until fully melted
- Pour into A and mix thoroughly
- Scoop mixture into the paper cups
- Leave to cool
- Melt C and drizzle over the cooled chocolate as decoration
