birthday cake

Just completed Monkey's Choolate D'lite, a chocolate sponge cake filled with banana filling, for a birthday gift.

Next on the list would be a coffee butter cake to be made in the shape of a 'shirt'. Will be using ready-to-roll icing & being our first try, hope that it will come out well.

Hopefully will be able to post a 'proper' picture on this blog same time tomorrow.m
