Sugarcraft Cake Decorating - PME Professional Diploma Course

It has been almost a year since I became interested in sugarcraft cake decorating. Took up the PME Professional Diploma Course in Sugarpaste flowers late last year and have been waiting for the PME Professional Diploma Course in Sugarpaste ever since.

Finally managed to get the dates which suits me.  And here I am.

Here are some of the pieces that we worked on...

Day 1PME Professional Diploma Course
Day 1:-  We learned to cover a dummy cake as well as the cake board with sugarpaste, also known as fondant.  As you can see from the picture above, we also learned some crimping effects as well as creating inlays and outlays.  And not forgetting the 2 types of ribbon roses, sugarpaste flowers.

Day 2 PME Professional Diploma Course
Day 2 - We covered a real pound cake with sugarpaste and created the frills, bows, hearts as well as the little teddy bear.

Learning to make frills
